Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and the Grand Strand are home to over 120 challenging golf courses and miles of golden, sandy beaches. The Grand Strand stretches north to the Calabash, Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach, North Carolina areas; and stretches south to the Pawley’s Island and Georgetown, South Carolina areas. Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are a part of Horry County, South Carolina. Horry County includes the entire Grand Strand and also stretches west to include communities such as Loris and Conway. Horry County real estate is in high demand, as relocating retirees and second-home buyers are increasing each year.
