The owner, Walter Pigg, and our management and staff at Palmetto Beach Services has over 15 years of experience in cleaning, maintenance, guest services, and homeowner relations in the vacation rental industry.  We have worked from the smallest to the largest companies and have found many areas that were lacking or needing improvement.

After listening to the complaints from both homeowners and renters, we decided to be a light at the end of the tunnel.  We are here to help the homeowners enjoy their rental investment.  Our  team has seen both sides of the vacation rental process and know what is important to both vacationers and homeowners.
